RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
You have 30 days from when you received your package to make any exchange or return.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
Do not exceed the maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt.
The products must be in their original packaging and must be in the same conditions.
Exchanges and returns are accepted for products that have been personalized.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
You have 2 options to make a return:
1-) Shipping the product on your own.
You can send us the product(s) you want to return or exchange to the following address:

If you choose this option, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we know that we will receive your package.
Refund: We will receive and check the product. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the period in which this becomes effective will depend on your bank.
SOROA is not responsible for shipments made on behalf of the client if they are not delivered to our address or are lost.
2.-) Take the package to a GLS point or one that has an agreement
If for any reason you do not want your order and want to make a return, you must take your package in the same conditions as when you received it in terms of cleaning and packaging to any GLS point or that has an agreement with them and send it to the following address, OF COURSE YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING.

Refund: In the days following collection we will check the product. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the period in which this becomes effective will depend on your bank.
