- Do not place any false or fraudulent order. If it could reasonably be considered that an order of this nature has been made, we will be authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
- Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact information in a truthful and accurate manner. Likewise, you agree that we may use said information to contact you and make promotions.
- By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
The items offered through this website are available for purchase and shipping throughout Spanish territory. Shipping conditions and services may vary from those displayed on our website.
CELEBRATION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is perfected when personal data is entered on the website to purchase the product and proceed to pay for it.
To place an order you must follow the online purchasing procedure and consciously click on all the corresponding and necessary sections until completing the payment. Once the order has been completed and payment confirmed by SOROA, you will receive an email as "Order Confirmation" with the receipt and details of your order to be able to make any claim if necessary.
Only those products listed in the Order Confirmation will be the subject of the Contract.
All products ordered are subject to their availability. In this sense, if any error or difficulty occurs regarding the supply of the products purchased due to lack of stock or any other circumstance, we will inform you within a maximum period of 4 working days to offer an alternative in this regard, from the change of product. for another of the same amount until the full amount of the product is returned if the customer so wishes.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material. SOROA reserves the right to cancel any order within a maximum period of 4 working days from when the order is placed, having to pay the customer the total amount of the order placed and following the return policy. Although we will do our best to always process all orders in a timely manner, there may be exceptional circumstances beyond the control of SOROA that force us to reject or delay the processing of an order after having sent the Order Confirmation.
SOROA undertakes to manage and send the order within a maximum period of 1-2 working days, adjusted to the work calendar of the Community of Madrid, from the confirmation of accepted payment of the order received by the client and must be delivered within the period of delivery chosen by the customer as long as the delivery information on the order form is correct. If the address changes, delivery may be delayed for up to 5 business days from when the address correction was communicated to SOROA. Likewise, SOROA is not responsible for the management and/or service offered by the courier company, as well as for any delay in possible delivery for reasons beyond the control of SOROA.
If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the delivery by establishing a new delivery date or the option of canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been delivered at the time of signing its receipt at the agreed delivery address either by the same person or by another person of the home or home concierge.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
In the event of continued impossibility of delivering the package and without having any other notification from the customer, the termination of the Contract will become effective 30 working days after placing the order and, therefore, we will return the amount paid for such products as soon as possible. possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which we consider the Contract terminated.
The risks of the products will be the responsibility of the client once the delivery is accepted. PRICE, PAYMENT AND PROMOTIONS
Although we try to ensure that all prices on the site are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products you have purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
The prices on this website include VAT. Shipping costs to the Peninsula are free. For Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are not free.
Prices may change at any time, but (except as set out above) any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a Dispatch Confirmation.
Once you have made the purchase, all the items you wish to purchase will have been previously added to the cart and you have accepted the general conditions for purchase.
You can make payment with Paypal, credit card or bank transfer.
Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize any Contract.
The promotions carried out in SOROA are promotions exclusively from SOROA for use in our online store www.soroa.es The promotions and/or discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or sales periods. In any case, SOROA reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time by making the corresponding refund to each client if possible.
VALUE ADDED TAX
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the items will be deemed to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at all times depending on the specific article in question.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
You have 30 days from when you received your package to make any exchange or return.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
Do not exceed the maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

Exchanges and returns are accepted for products that have been personalized.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
You have 2 options to make a return:

SOROA is not responsible for shipments made on behalf of the client if they are not delivered to our address or are lost.
2.-) Request home collection of your garments.
The cost of collection is (*) euros for Spain-Peninsula. For returns to other destinations, contact us by email at email@example.com.
In order to manage it you will have to follow these steps:
2.1) Send an email to the following address:firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicating your information, the model of the product to be returned and the reason for the return. Next, request the pickup, including the pickup time, slot, and address.
2.2) We will send you an email so that you can proceed to pay the collection costs.
2.3) Package the items you want to send back to us in a package in perfect condition and hand it to the courier.
2.4) Refund: in the days following collection we will check the product. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the period in which this becomes effective will depend on your bank.
